Signing Up

Signing Up is Easy!

After selecting your plan, we require you to fill out Form 1583. You can complete this form when you collect your first package or mail. This form authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf and is mandated by USPS to verify the identity of the mailbox user, ensuring that no one but you opens a mailbox under your name.

We are required to see two forms of ID that include two of the following:

• Valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card.
• Armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card.
• Passport, alien registration card, certificate of naturalization, or matricula consular.
• Current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust.
• Voter or vehicle registration card.
• Home or vehicle insurance policy.

If you are sharing the Shipster Hero subscription, we do kindly ask that both users come and provide the required information.

That is it! Simple as that and just so you know, we keep no record of your IDs on file, we simple check that you are who you say you are.
